Hello and welcome to my website!   My name is Diane but feel free to call me by my moniker, "DQ".  After a long, successful career in the computer industry, I decided to utilize my previous sales experience to pursue a new career in real estate.  Why?  Simply put, I am a "people-person".  Being a realtor gives me the opportunity to talk to and help people and I love it!  I truly believe I have found the niche I was searching for all my life.  My only regret is that I didn't change careers sooner! 

I am friendly, caring, and, above all, dedicated to being the best realtor I can be.  Below is a list of the reasons I should be the one you call when you are thinking of buying or selling a home.

             Why Choose Me To Be Your Real Estate Agent

1)   I am a full time agent and am dedicated to serving my clients … This means that I am not juggling multiple careers and can devote my time to helping my clients.  I can be there when you need me to --- seven days a week --- mornings, afternoons, or evenings!

2)   I am committed to a long-term real estate career … Fifty percent of the agents who come into this business are gone within a year; seventy-five percent are gone within two years.  I was licensed in April 2006, am still here, and have absolutely no intention on leaving! 

3)  I am fully and continuously educated … I don't just take the minimum education required to renew my license, I take classes that keep me abreast of the changes in the industry and/or help me with my professional development.

4)  I have a laptop and I know how to use it … I don’t rely on other people to update the MLS or make my brochures, postcards, etc – I do it myself.  Timeliness and accuracy are important to clients and they are to me too!

5)  I am organized … I have created personal systems and checklists to assure you a high level of service throughout the entire process and beyond.  I don't run by the seat of my pants!  

6)  I am NOT new to the business world … I have a college degree and have over 30 years working in the business world including sales experience with IBM.  

7) I co-operate completely with other brokers and agents and always seem to build a good rapport … It’s human nature that people like to work with people they get along with.  If you like someone, you are more apt to be flexible and more congenial.  This definitely helps in the negotiating stage of a sale. 

8)  I do Jigsaw and Sudoku puzzles as a hobby … What does this have to do with real estate?  Plenty.  It means that I don't give up and I am good at putting all the pieces together.  I will do every thing I can to make your transaction go smoothly, but if it hits a rough spot, I'll accept the challenge and run with it. 

 9)  I am a 'people person' … I believe in doing what is right for my clients and live by the creed "Do unto others as you want them to do unto you".  Need I say more?
